These terms cover buying from darkflock.us. By placing an order, you agree to them. We've kept them as short and plain as we can.
Who we are
The seller is Dark Flock (a d/b/a). We're reachable by email only: hello@darkflock.us.
Orders
- You must be at least 18, or ordering with a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Please give a name, address, email, and phone number that are accurate and reach you. You're responsible for an address a carrier can find.
- Your confirmation email means we've received your order. It isn't a promise that every item can be filled.
- We can decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, the price was wrong, we can't ship to the address, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you get a full refund of anything we can't send.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The amount you're charged is computed on our server from our catalog, then confirmed by Stripe. A price shown or changed in your browser doesn't count. Shipping is charged as described on the Shipping page, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.
Pricing and listing errors
We try to get every price and description right, but mistakes happen. If an item's price or details are clearly wrong, we'll email you before we ship. You can accept the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Availability
Our stock comes from overseas suppliers and can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll tell you and refund that item. We'll only send a substitute if you agree to it first.
Product details
Descriptions come from the makers' listings. Colors vary from screen to screen, and some photos may be placeholders or representative images. Sizing can differ from US brands. The Mystery Mask's print is a surprise: you don't choose it, and it's final sale except for defects (see Returns).
Our goods aren't certified safety or protective equipment unless the listing says so. Words like "waterproof" or "tactical" describe the product as its maker lists it.
Shipping from overseas
Our goods ship from overseas suppliers. Delivery times on the Shipping page are typical ranges, not guarantees, and customs, carriers, and weather are outside our control. If your order will be seriously late, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a refund of anything that hasn't shipped. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is delivered to your shipping address.

Using what you buy
Some of what we sell, like face coverings and hard-knuckle gloves, is regulated differently from place to place. You're responsible for using what you buy lawfully where you are.
Warranties
Apart from what our Returns page promises, and any rights the law gives you that can't be waived, products are sold as they are, without extra warranties. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
The site
The Dark Flock name, design, and writing on this site are ours. Please don't copy them, scrape the site, or interfere with how it runs.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Please write to us first. Most problems can be sorted out by email. If a dispute can't be resolved, it will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, except that either of us may bring a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
